The right of cancellation applies only to private customers and does not apply to companies. Our policy allows for a refund within 14 days only for watches from the HOT DEALS section that are physically in stock at dealerships. However, this only applies to items labeled "in stock". Items from the Hot Deals section labeled "3-5 days" are exempt from this policy.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Additionally, we are unable to provide any refund or exchange for items from custom orders.

Once the item arrives at our logistics hub, it will be forwarded to the initial dealership for a quality check. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original manufacturer stickers and seals fully intact. Once the dealership approves the return, the refund process will be as follows:

Your refund will be issued in Bitcoin, based on the EUR/USD value of your purchase, after deducting transport and insurance costs, as well as any applicable fees, including cancellation fees. The refund amount in Bitcoin will be determined by the exchange rate at the time your return is received and inspected. Please note that if the value of Bitcoin against EUR/USD has increased since the time of your purchase, you will receive fewer Bitcoins than you paid at the time of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to the blockchain address that was used for the purchase.

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please send us an email at support[at]

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, except in the case of returns for defective or damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
