With the Teeling 33 Years Irish Whiskey, the Teeling Whiskey Company brings one of the oldest Irish whiskeys to the market and they are rightly proud of it. The actual name of the bottling is Teeling Vintage Reserve Collection 33 Year Old Single Malt and shows what innovative spirit, the unconditional will to high quality and patience are capable of. The 33 years that the whiskey was allowed to store in ex-bourbon casks had an incredible influence on the aromas and taste of the Teeling whisky, which, in addition to its distillery character, also took on the notes of American white oak. Here, the mildness of a classic Irish whiskey is combined with the subtle sweetness that a bourbon cask produces. As an extremely rare and limited bottling, the Teeling 33 years comes onto the market,

The specifics of the Teeling 33 years
A whiskey rarity like Teeling Whiskey with a storage time of 33 years must be viewed with particular reverence, because here only two hand-picked casks came together in which bourbon had previously been stored. This also explains why the final quantity is limited to just 275 bottles, they just want to bottle the best whiskey possible at the time and not downplay the flavor with lower quality whiskey. The Teeling was bottled 33 years ago in 700 ml bottles with a drinking strength of 42.9% vol., which resulted from the marriage of the two ex-bourbon barrels. Each bottle is individually numbered and comes to you with a metal label on the bottle. Distilled in 1983 the whiskey has been aged for over 33 years so the bourbon casks can work their magic on the whiskey. Before bottling, chill filtration was completely dispensed with in order to preserve the aromas and flavors.

This bottling by Teeling will not be available for very long, as the distillery likes to work in small batches. Under the motto "Reviving the Spirit of Dublin" there will always be new Teeling Whiskeys that will be bottled at an advanced age in the next few years and thus make the city of Dublin what it used to be, namely an absolute whiskey metropolis .

Nose: Vanilla and cream enter the nose and combine with oranges and a hint of toast with jam.
Palate: Light and nicely balanced. The sweetness blends with notes of vanilla, sandalwood, allspice and garden fruits.
Finish: Deep and dark The spices come through once more and only slowly disappear.
