The Chivas Regal Royal Wedding Edition Decanter was launched in a worldwide edition of only 70 bottles for the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on May 19th, 2018. The normal Royal Salute Whiskey was introduced on June 2nd, 1953 to celebrate the coronation of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. With 21 shots, she received the highest honors. The Royal Salute Wedding was bottled in a prestigious Dartington crystal decanter. Each bottle is numbered and presented in a luxurious American oak box.
The Royal Salute Wedding Edition bottle is decorated with flowers. These reflect the brand of the royal family. The floral illustration was inspired by spring. Daffodils represent the national emblem of Wales and the poppy represents Meghan Markle's birthplace in Los Angeles.
